Session Title: 2B - Using Process Improvement in Prevention Overview:
Participants will understand the Plan, Do, Study Act Framework and rapid change cycle and how process improvement can be used within prevention programming to improve the reach and spread of prevention initiatives. The adoption of process improvement techniques by community based providers has led to improvements in timeliness of access to care as well as retention in treatment.
