 All cancellations must be submitted in writing
(mail, fax or email) and received by AdCare no later than the day before the event. You will
receive a confirmation of your cancellation. If you cancel in advance, you will not be charged
for the workshop and if you have already submitted payment, it will be refunded. Anyone who does
not submit a written cancellation will be charged the full fee.
