Accessibility: The conference site is ADA compliant. Sign Language Interpreters, Assistive Listening Devices and other accommodations are available on request. Please request accommodations by September 4, 2006.

Contact Hours: This program is eligible for 5.5 hours of Category 2A osteopathic credit and AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™  through the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. The University of New England, College of Osteopathic Medicine, is a co-sponsor of this conference.
Additionally, continuing education in the following areas will be applied for: Nursing, EMS, Social Worker, CHES, Veterinarian, and Pharmacy.

Cost: The registration fee for the Maine State Government Pandemic Influenza/Avian Influenza Preparedness Summit is $10.00. This fee includes conference attendance, lunch, breaks and approved professional contact hours.
  • Scholarships are available if the conference fee poses a hardship.
  • Registration fee or written confirmation of agency intent to pay (Purchase Order) must be provided with registration, or at the door.
  • Make checks payable to AdCare Maine, Inc. Credit cards are not accepted for this event.
