Accessibility:

Continuing Education Credit:
This program has been approved for 5.25 hours of Category 1 CME, toward the AMA PRA Award and 5.5 hours of Category 2A Osteopathic CME (American Osteopathic Association) through the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. The University of New England, College of Osteopathic Medicine, is a co-sponsor of this conference.
The continuing nursing education activity has been submitted for approval to ANA-Maine, an accredited approver through the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

Cost:
The registration fee for the Maine Immunization Conference 2008 is $40 before April 22, 2008 and $50 after April 22, 2008. This fee includes conference attendance at either Augusta or Presque Isle, lunch, breaks and approved professional contact hours.
  • Due to space limitations, preregistration is required. Please register early to ensure available seating.
  • Registration fee or written confirmation (PO) of agency intent to pay must be provided with registration, or at the door.
  • Make checks payable to AdCare Maine, Inc. Credit cards are not accepted for this event.

  • All cancellations must be received in writing by April 28, 2008. No shows will be charged the full fee.

  • Confirmation of registration and directions to the site will be sent to you after the registration deadline of April 22, 2008.

    Program Information:
    This conference is dedicated to a review of emerging and existing issues relating to immunization practice, at the federal, state and local levels. Current and near future immunization issues will be presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention as well as local Maine experts.
