Prevention Works for ME!
2nd Annual Prevention Convention

November 14, 2008

Spectacular Event Center, Bangor ME

This convention will bring together advocates and practitioners of prevention; prevention of the use of illegal drugs, the mis-use of legal drugs, and the underage and high risk use of alcohol. These are the people dedicated to creating communities, workplaces and schools that are healthy environments to raise our children, live our lives and contribute to the future prosperity of Maine. We will hear about current research in the field, programs and strategies that are proven to work, ways to get the information we need to make our case, and some basic information those new to the field need to know. You are invited to come and learn, network and share your knowledge. We know that prevention works well and it works for Maine.
